All diamonds starting from 0.5 carat weight come with GIA certification.
All moissanites offered are brilliant cut Charles & Clovard Forever One moissanites which are accompanied by the original manufacturer's certification.
Yes. All Hearts&Diamonds jewelry come with a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused through wear and tear is not covered by warranty. Loss or damage to the center stone once set is also not covered under this warranty. In addition, any work done by another jeweler (e.g. sizing, repair, alteration, polishing, etc.) to a Hearts&Diamonds piece will void the Hearts&Diamonds warranty.
At Hearts&Diamonds, we only work with natural, conflict-free diamonds. Because diamonds are natural products, they come in different qualities, defined by clarity, color grade, cut and other key factors. We restrict ourselves to high quality stones.
To make things easier for you, we categorized them as following:
- GREAT (color grade: G-H, clarity: SI1-SI2)
- EXCELLENT (color grade: G-H, clarity: VS1-VS2)
- PRISTINE (color grade: D-F, clarity: VVS1-VS2)

Your Hearts&Diamonds jewelry was carefully handcrafted. To preserve the quality, please keep pieces cool and dry. In particular, we recommend keeping your Hearts&Diamonds jewelry in the box we package them in to preserve their quality. Precious metals such as gold, are usually “softer” than steel or many other materials you encounter on a daily basis. Try to avoid harsh contact, such as impacts with these materials, to preserve its finish. We also strongly recommend keeping your jewelry outside of acidic or abrasive environments. Unnoticed to the eye, diamonds or other gemstones can become lose within their settings due to normal wear and tear. We recommend getting your gemstone-set jewelry inspected on an annual basis to prevent losing precious stones.
All rings, excluding eternity bands, may be resized once for free within the first year of purchase. (Eternity Bands are rings that have diamonds all around the band, therefore not allowing room for modifications.) A $35 one-way shipping fee will apply for U.S. shipments to have the item(s) sent to Hearts&Diamonds. We will cover the return shipment. For customers outside the U.S., shipping costs are specific to the value of the product and destination, duties and taxes may apply. Please contact us for personalized support.
As full-service jewelry atelier, your jewelry will be in good hands when serviced by us. May it be prong-tightening, restoring to original finish or customizing your jewelry, there is no limit. Shipping & Returns
Yes, all U.S. orders come with free delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside the United States.
Primarily, we ship our jewelry with FedEx Express. Your shipment is insured and requires your signature upon arrival.
We reserve the right to ship with other major carriers if necessary.
You order should arrive within 5 business days within the U.S.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take you through the process.
For all purchases made at Hearts&Diamonds, we provide an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, special-ordered, or purchased on special sale (all SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE and will not be accepted), and is accompanied by it's original box and purchase receipt. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Custom-made orders cannot be returned. However, if there is an issue identified, we will correct it accordingly free of charge.
